We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Average delivery time within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 6 to 9 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.


3. Shipping Cost

  • Standard Shipping (USA): FREE — no minimum purchase required.

There are no hidden fees.

If express shipping becomes available in the future, it will appear as an optional paid service at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Your tracking number is sent by email within 24 hours after your order ships.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • failing to retrieve a package

Domestic US shipments normally do not incur customs fees.
