Refund Policy

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important Notes

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except if we made an error (wrong or damaged item).

We do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order if you need another item.

Refunds may take several business days to appear on your bank statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and provide a free prepaid return label if needed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
If the order has already shipped, please wait to receive it and submit a return request.
